Guest Room Transformation with Amazing Before & After Photos
Marsha, we have outdone ourselves this time with your guest bedroom makeover! As always, working with you has been such a pleasure. I love how well we work together searching and finding the next perfect piece to our design puzzle. Your new guest room is just beautiful! :
Marsha and I have worked on several home projects online together in the past few years. She lives in Illinois, I am in New Hampshire. This time she was looking to update her guest room:

When we started this project, she had already found a comforter set she loved and wanted to use in the new room:
I love the colors don’t you? A great starting point for selecting our paint colors. She stated that she wanted a new headboard and she would like to keep her existing dresser but would be willing to paint if necessary:
So we did!I suggested painting with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Provence:
She loved doing the project herself and it came out beautifully! The knobs are gorgeous too:
For the headboard, Marsha picked this lovely upholstered headboard in ivory:
Great price with almost perfect reviews. Those were the two big pieces for the room. The next big decision was wall color. I don’t think there would be a more perfect choice of color than Ben Moore Palladian Blue HC-144:

Big Design Tip! Changing out your dresser mirror, instead of using the one that came with dresser, can give your room a more updated look:
Working online together with clients, I always send two or three choices, which will all work well in the room, of each item to let the client pick their favorite and order.
