Taking A Chance

I just wanted to shout out a sincere “Thank You” to all my friends here. You know I entered the Tobi Fairley Olioboard Design contest a couple weeks ago:
I was really nervous to put myself out there to be judged by my peers, family and friends. But, I really wanted to win the prize of going to Tobi’s design camp ‘How To get Published.’ Here was my entry:
The contest ended yesterday and I found out today that I did not win. But I did come in 11th out of 414 entries! I had 412 votes for my entry! Isn’t that great! I am very pleased and proud of myself that I did enter the contest and take a chance!Have you tried using Olioboard? It is a very user friendly site that lets you design a virtual room using products that you can actually purchase. It is another great way to show a client, or yourself, how a room can look on a digital display board of the products you wish to use in a room plan. Another creative toy to play with!
So taking a chance is scary, but I am so glad I went for it! Thank you again so much everyone!! xo
