Feeling Grateful
As I look back, I have had a wonderful year with many things to be thankful for. To me, gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive everyday. Gratitude is being aware on a continuous basis of how much you’ve been given. I think gratitude shifts your focus from what your life lacks to the abundance that is already present.
I am thankful everyday for so much and I know this feeling of gratitude has made me a happier person.
Do you believe it is not happy people who are grateful, it is grateful people who are happy? If you have not tried, I promise you that feeling grateful everyday will make you a better and happier person.
