Color Crush: Baltic Sea
I have a new paint color I have fallen in love with all over again!:Benjamin Moore Baltic Sea CSP- 680.
Wow! Isn’t this ceiling amazing! I keep thinking about it since the first time I saw. So beautiful and the color Baltic Sea is just perfect. Love it!Look at how closely the paint wizards interpreted the colors of the actual Baltic Sea with the paint color:
It is the perfect shade of bluish teal:
Baltic Sea is not a new color. It is a paint color from the Benjamin Moore Color Stories Collection. One of the reasons this collection is so remarkable is that this collection of complex colors are full spectrum, meaning there is no black or gray in any of the colors. The colors are so rich, saturated and intense . Compared to the Affinity collection, which has an average of 2-3 pigments in each individual color, Color Stories has between 5-7 colorants each!
I have used this color for a basement accent wall we are working on:Baltic Sea has come to my attention again while I was researching for a bath color for an online client. I was looking or a ‘wow’ color for an otherwise ordinary bath:I think the Baltic Sea will look fabulous. The hall way is going to be painted with Stonington Gray HC-170. A great color combo!:via
viaI am also helping him choose paint colors for his master bed and bath. How does this sound- Grant Beige for the master walls, Palladian Blue for the bedroom ceiling and bath? Nice!I think the upstairs color combination is going to to perfect.I think I am envisioning Summer coming soon! Doesn’t this color remind you of the beach and ocean?
