Rainwashed, from the Sherwin Williams paint collection, is one of the most perfect turquoise colors I have ever seen. That is why it has become one of my trusted go-to paint colors.

Look how pretty Rainwashed looks with these gorgeous coral chairs:

Speaking of coral, Sherwin Williams Coral Reef SW6606 was named the paint color of the year for 2015. That was the only color announcement for 2015 I was excited and pleased about!

So gorgeous!

And you know how I love coral and navy:

Sherwin Williams most popular gray is Agreeable Gray SW7029:

I love a paint color that changes in different lighting and what surrounds it. I consider this color a favorite greige and looks great with white as well as stained trim.

I am actually thinking of using this blue on my door. Isn’t it so pretty?

A beautiful blue green is SW Oyster Bay6206:

This is a beautiful green that works well with both white and stained trim also.

These are just a few of my favorite Sherwin Williams paint colors! Take a look at them next time you are looking for that perfect paint color. Any of your favorites I forgot to list?

  1. Love these colors. I really like the Ryegrass rooms. That is one I’ve never used.

I bought a house (currently a rental) that had orange/yellow fireplace stone and red mahogany cabinetry in an open room. The ONLY color I could find to work was Killim Beige!

  2. I haven’t sought out advise online before now.
I love your designer pics. The rooms are gorgeous.
My question relates to what paint color will work best for my upgraded Kitchen.
New countertop is White with lite and dark greys appearing primary,: the flooring is ceramic, greyish -white with pale grey shadows. The cupboards are Espresso.
The Kitchen opens up to dining room which has an Accent color on backWall of AF 375- Rattan ( goldengreenish in my lighting) with the primary wall colors being Standish White HC 32,. Only one side wall of Standish White( looks like a soft yellow-beige) is seen from the Kitchen. A ceiling header and Two wall Pillars separate the Rooms.
What colors can I use that blends the range of Espresso, whites/ greys/ and DRAccent color of Rattan?
Appreciate your help because I need this Painting done on the weekend

    • Hi Mona,
I think without seeing photos and looking at the existing colors, there are two ways to go for a kitchen color. I would look at Manchester Tan HC-81 which will work well as a light neutral or You can go towards gray blues such as Beach Glass 1564. Will also work well with existing colors. Be sure to test on large poster boards to be sure it goes with everything, day and night and that you love it before painting the walls. Good luck with your project!
